izihost.org's services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of International, Federal or State regulation is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret laws. If you are found in violation of the izihost.org Hosting Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Use, your account will be terminated without notice and you will forfeit all of the moneys that have been paid to izihost.org.
Examples of content that is not acceptable on izihost.org Servers:
"Pirated software" or "Warez",
"Hacker programs and/or archives",
"IRC Bots",,
"Copyrighted Mp3's".
Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above.
Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
Also includes the use of copyright material, without the copyright holders permission, eg nullified scripts, etc.
You specifically agree to indemnify and hold izihost.org harmless from any claims resulting from a breach of these terms, and/or their use of the service, which damages another.
The use of advert blocking tools / scripts is strictly prohibited.
Your site must recieve at least ONE (1) non-bot unique visitor per month. This is to save us collecting dead accounts.

Our free hosting plans are NOT for the following purposes:

File storage, File hosting, File Linking, Image Linking, Movie Hosting, Radio Blogs / Broadcasting, KeyLogging, Signature Hosting, Trackers, 'Topsites', Proxy or Relaying Services & Backup Storage.Wap sites, eg web sites that promote the use of mobile phones to browse the stored content are not allowed on our free service.
If you want to use one of these sites, please upgrade your account to a premium plan.
We reserve the right to terminate any accounts that use excessive server load.

Spam in any shape or form is NOT permitted and is grounds for immediate account termination (This is not limited to, but for example includes email soam, newsgroup spam, comment posting , etc ).
Mailing lists via a mailing list manager are acceptable as from other users will not be tolerated.
IRC and Chat Rooms Internet Relay Chat (IRC) traffic is not permitted on our servers in any of its many forms including, but not limited to: bots and IRC servers.
Chat rooms may be allowed on per use basis, so please ask one of our support staff before setting one up. (Some cgi/perl based chat rooms over utilize the server processor.)
